Key Responsibilities of Spa Manager:
-The daily management of the Spa floor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and ensuring that all staff receives relevant ongoing training in the Elemis range of Spa treatments
-Increase sales by up-selling using incentives and offering promotions The ability to drive standards and ensure they are maintained -across the department.
-Checks that staff meets and exceeds guest expectations by training and inspiring staff on the job to provide Yes I Can! Service
Requirements of A Spa Manager:
-The successful individual will have a high sense of attention to detail and a minimum of 2 years experience in a Spa Supervisory/Management role.
-A proven track record in a similar role and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member supervision
-A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality Guest Experiences
-Ensures all customers enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
