The role…
We have a superb opportunity for an Apprentice Chef to join the Harbour Chef Academy. As an Apprentice Chef you will spend your training time at our state of the art purpose built chef academy, learning everything you’ll need to know to enter a professional kitchen. As part of this development, you will also be required to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food within our hotels and restaurants. An apprenticeship is a fantastic way to develop your chef skills in a fully supported environment. As an Apprentice Chef you will need to be passionate, focused and totally committed. You will receive training by our team of dedicated professionals who will help you develop, achieve your goals and to be the best. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification and have the opportunity to join one of the kitchen brigades across our group of hotels. Hours over 5 days including weekends.
