Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Fast Casual Cashier to join our team! As a Fast Casual Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, take orders, and accurately process transactions using a point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the cash register, food preparation area, and dining area
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as restocking supplies and supporting team members

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety certification a plus
