We are now looking for Zone Operations Manager to join our team at our Gravity Max venue in Wandsworth, Southwest London. This is a big job, in a high-profile venue where you will be responsible for delivering a fun experience to our guests.

What you’ll be doing…

This is the fun bit, the venue will run in a series of zones, where each zone will have a flexible team, and a Zone Manager. As a Zone Manager you will be trained in the management and operation of each of these zones, be it Karting, Leisure or bars. Meaning when we have peak operating within certain areas, you can dive in and support. This is the opportunity to get a great grounding in new aspects of your leisure career and grow your personal development.

Your main Responsibilities:

·        You will be supporting the Management team in the day to running of the site.

·        You will support the team in delivering strong KPI results including wage ratios and profitability.

·        Support the GM in effective people management, including recruitment, talent development, training, and performance management.

·        Be a champion of employee and guest satisfaction, we want someone who is not scared to go the extra mile.

·        Finally on top of this we want someone FUN!!! This is a fun environment, and we need someone who will live and breathe this, who will foster a great attitude amongst the team which will give our customers the best experience possible.
