Busy Rooftop Lounge looking for a Door Host:

Full-Time or Part-Time Available.

Job Description:

-Greet and facilitate entrance & exit of all guests for the venue.
-Maintain influx of guests in an orderly fashion. Maintain an organized line.
-Capable of checking I.D.s
-Ensuring no food or beverage enters or exits the venue.
-Uphold dress code standards
-Check-In guests with reservations
-Keep accurate tally counts
-Send nightly email report of walk-in traffic & reservations
-Communicate with host team on rooftop to ensure better flow of guests.
-Experience with 7rooms reservation platform is a plus
-Keep track of number of guests entering venue
-Dress code is business casual
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to stand for long hours
-Oversee cleanliness of entrance and lobby area
-Maintain clear pathway in lobby for guests waiting to go to rooftop and staff that utilizes the other floors in the building.
-Flexible hours
-Weekends needed
-Maintain relationships with VIPs and regulars
