LALOU Hiring Event
Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30AM - 2:30PM.
Open Interviews are being conducted at our sister restaurant
Olivetta - 9010 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the flow of service continues uninterrupted by filling water, clearing plates, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of guest tables.
- Wipe table between courses without interruption to guest conversation
- Re-fill water when necessary
- Communicates the needs of guests to servers / managers immediately.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings.
- Ensure floors are always without debris and moisture.
- Properly sets-up side stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed.
- Always maintain general cleanliness and stock paper supply in guest restrooms during service
- Emptying trash, receptacles, sweeping floors, restocking all supplies in the dining room and ensuring that the dining areas and service stations are clean and organized.
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude and appearance
Skills & Requirments
- 2+ years previous fine dining experience.
- Previous experience working in a large fast paced restaurant setting.
- Possesses excellent time management and communication skills.
- Actively contributes as a team player by supporting co-workers throughout each workday.
- Must possess a current RBS certification.
- Must possess a current Food Handler card.
