Swingers – the crazy golf club is currently looking for an Event Sales Manager (Proactive Sales Manager) to lead our outbound group sales function in NYC. We offer excellent benefits and annual compensation of $85,000-90,000*


Our theatrical venues reimagine the 1920s British countryside and feature 9-hole crazy golf courses packed full of obstacles and challenges.

The role:

The Proactive Sales Manager is responsible for proactively seeking business to fulfill pre-determined market (NYC) for Swingers the crazy golf club. This involves the cultivation and implementation of group sales strategies for the local market with the support of the Head of Sales, to drive company revenues to meet and exceed financial targets. This role efficiently oversees a specific revenue generating market (NYC) and an effective, high-performance pro-active sales function that generates its own sales leads.


Our perfect candidate has:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable proactive/outbound sales role within the hospitality industry (required)
  • Proven Track Record in a strategic Sales Management role
  • Ability to manage sales in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on outstanding customer service
  • Ability to apply a high level of commercial acumen to all aspects of strategic planning and execution of sales strategy
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Expert knowledge and awareness of hospitality market trends and competitive NYC landscape
  • Enthusiastic outlook and capable of effectively transferring and encouraging enthusiasm throughout the wider team
  • A fearless attitude towards hitting sales targets and a determination for helping the team to succeed
